What this website collects, why it collects it, and who handles it for us.
This policy covers the website at beautychina.agency. It explains what Beauty China Agency learns about you when you use the site, and what happens to that information.
The site is operated by Gentlemen Marketing Agency (GMA), Room 1008, Jingu Central Building, Shanghai, China.
What the site collects
Two things: the message you choose to send us through the contact form, and statistics about visits. You can read every page without giving us anything.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address, your company name or website, and a description of your project. We use what you send to answer you and to follow up on the conversation you started, and for nothing else.
Submissions are processed for us by Formspree, which receives the form, screens it for spam, stores it and forwards it to our inbox. Formspree may ask you to complete a short verification step before a message goes through. That step runs on Formspree's own pages.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Umami, an analytics service that uses no cookies. For each page view, Umami stores the page, the site that sent you, your browser, operating system and device type, your screen size and language, and the country, region and city the visit came from.
The location is worked out from your IP address, which Umami does not store. To count returning visits without a cookie, Umami derives an anonymous identifier from the request instead. It does not follow you to other sites and builds no profile of you. We read the results as totals: which pages are read, and where readers come from.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the technical data that comes with every request, including your IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own, and the visit statistics need none. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it has to tell people from automated traffic. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins on this site.
Who else sees your information
Only the three services named above, each for its own job: Cloudflare serves the site, Formspree delivers your message, Umami counts visits. We do not sell personal information, and we pass it to no one else.

Our articles link to other websites. Once you follow a link, that site's own policy applies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page, and we will act on the request.
Changes to this policy
When what the site collects changes, this page changes with it.
